Overview: Designed for senior leaders this individual experience is delivered on a one-on-one approach. The experience is tailored to suit the individual and if they have specific requirements or areas they wish to focus on. Utilizing Bluemind principles the participant is brought through the Reset Refresh Renew concept in one on one setting with our delivery experts.

Blue Mind Insights Experience
Who is it for: All Team members all levels of the organisation. Non occupational private individuals.

Overview: This 1 day experience has been designed for non-managerial team members. The 1 day gives a detailed insight into Bluemind and its practises and follows the Reset, Refresh, Renew concept also but it's delivered in a different format. There is a significant focus on the reset phase which provides the team members with the benefits of the 1-day experience and also an excellent understanding of how to bring the learnings forward and into their daily lives. When the sea and Mother Nature allow we also include a water activity and introduce an element of team building into the process.
Lunch is also provided on the day along with tea, coffee and water etc.
Blue Mind Immersion Experience
Who is it for: All individuals – Non-occupational
Duration: 3 Days/2 nights

Overview: The Bluemind Individual experience has been designed for non-occupational individuals that want to focus on their wellbeing from a personal only perspective. The approach to the programme is the same as the signature experience with additional practises and treatments included.
